Dear Norma, Justin, Jaylee, Reilly, Adam, Jade, Lyric, and Skylar,
Some of you won't need part of this letter for a long time and some of you won't need part of this letter ever. Some of you may not understand this letter until you're older, but that is okay.
First off...I love you. I'm an awkward, strange human, and I'm scared of losing you, so sometimes I push you away, and for that, I'm sorry.
Second off...please listen to this, and actually listen, because maybe if someone had told me something like this and I had listened, then I would have saved myself a ton of hurt.
Don't ever date a guy unless you have been his best friend first. And actually his best friend. If you started out the friendship kind of liking him, don't date him, because it most likely will not last. Also, never ever let a guy push you at all! In any way, shape or form. And if he does start to push you, dump his sorry butt, because he most likely will not change.
If a guy ever wants to keep your relationship secret, don't date him, because either he isn't allowed to date, or it's a tactic that abusive people use, where they isolate you from your friends. Besides, if we're being honest, sometimes it's really nice to talk to your friends about your boyfriend sometimes.
If you are ever depressed (extremely sad, angry at yourself, especially with no apparent reason), anxious (extremely worried, for no real reason), or are even really happy about a random thing...it's okay to talk to me about that. In fact, I'd love for you to talk to me about it, because then I can do my best to help you.
If you ever feel like you don't matter or that you aren't worth anything, listen to me now: YOU ARE WORTH SO MUCH! You are worth a ton to me and you are worth even more to God. If you ever feel like no one really loves you, come talk to me and I will do everything in my power to make sure you know I love you.
If anyone is ever hurting you or someone you love, come talk to me! If I can't help get you and/or them out of the place that's making them hurt, I will at least try.
If you ever need prayers, ask me.
If you ever need a hug, my arms are open.
If you ever need food, come on over. No promises that we'll have food you like, but we'll have food.
If you've just found an awesome new song (even if it's several years old) and you want to share it, send me a link!
If you ever have a secret, you can tell me and I won't spill it. The only way I would spill your secret is if it would hurt you or someone else.
Please, please, please know that I love you. I love you a ton and I want to make sure you're safe and happy.
Love,
Your cousin, Katie.

Musings of a Child of a Crafter
As the
child of a crafter, I have always had cloth to sew, a sewing machine to sew on,
needles and thread to sew with, yarn unlimited to crochet, plastic canvas…knot
up…. And of course, if there’s something
I really want or am interested in, I just go to my mom and say, “Hey, Mom, how
hard would it be to make (insert crafty item here)?”
I have
always had someone to fix my torn clothing, make
clothing, make a cape, make a doll carrier when I was younger and played with
dolls, fix a dress, make a purse, make a computer case…I may be exaggerating my
mom’s skills, but barely. She is super talented.
As the
child of a crafter, I also am familiar with craft shows. Load the vehicle the day before. Get there early…sometimes before the sun is
up, if it’s a one day thing, set up the tables, put down cloths, attempt to
arrange things in the best manner to get the attention of those who happen to
pass by, while at the same time, making the best use of the space provided.
Then the
day is spent, wandering around the craft show, looking at everything and maybe spending a little bit of money that could also
be spent on food. Always coming back to
the booth, letting Mom go look at
everything as well. Hoping and praying
that someone will buy the very fancy, forty-dollar, hand crocheted, baby dress,
that took hours to make.
Then, at
the end of the craft show, we pack everything away again. Load up.
Go home. And next craft show, we
do it all over again. And guess
what? It’s time consuming, it takes a
lot of time, usually we’re a bit tired at the end of the day…but we love it.

My Hero
In my Business Economics class, we were told to write about our heroes. I wrote about mine and decided to share what I wrote, as I was cleaning out my binder (good grief it was a mess!!!)
My hero is my mom. From my birth, until I was almost sixteen, she raised me alone, the way she thought I should be raised. I was homeschooled 'til highschool, despite many people continually saying that I should attend 'the Bible school'.
She worked as a suburban driver, so that she would be able to be home and actually there for me. She has continually giving things up for me. I know I have her support in whatever I do. We have the type of friendship/relationship, that even if I don't see things the way she does and vice versa, she will accept that and vice versa.
And, despite the fact that she is my mother, she allows me to make my own choices. She is strong and beautiful and tough and she is my hero.

A Crafter's Home
Growing up in a crafter's home, there was always plenty of material, yarn, needles and thread for a young girl to play with. There was always a sewing machine readily available for me to use or play with. Always crochet hooks for me to use in crocheting. Always, always.
When I was little, I would make little bags and misshapen dolls with creepy button eyes, with unfitting clothes, because I lived in a crafter's home and had all these things readily available.
I would crochet awkward looking things designed to keep your ears warm. Because I had the materials readily available.
I would make coasters out of plastic canvas and yarn, BECAUSE I COULD.... Because I was in a crafter's home.

Christmas Break is Amazing!
So, I'm on Christmas break and this weekend was my Family Christmas. Apparently my family knows me well, because I got art supplies! I got a whole pencil set from my cousin, which consisted of coloring pencils, metallic pencils, watercolor pencils, plain drawing pencils, and charcoal pencils. Then my grandma gave me a package of canvases, (there are three in each package) a tube of black pain and a tube of white paint, a palette, and a package of brushes. My friends know me well too, because one of them gave me a whole set of paints for Christmas. I really like artsing. And writing. You should check out my writing blog, because I have another story on there.
Today we went caroling, just my stepdad, mom and me. It was fun. We're going caroling again tomorrow, because we didn't get all our places caroled to yet. It was really fun, even though it was cold and no one gave us hot chocolate.
I need to clean my room because it's a mess, but first I wanted to write a blog post. I know, silly of me. I also need to write in my journal.
But now I've written a blog post and my kitty has curled up on my lap in a manner that means she thinks we need to go to our bed...so....I'm off!

A Post At Last
Blogging on a tablet is pretty hard. But yeah, I have a baby, he's an orphaned kitten. I also have a new baby cousin. Her name is Jade, and I got to hold her. :)
I hate blogging on a tablet, so I'll tell you of my awesome friend Zena lata.

A Rather Interesting Day for Katie
Well...is anyone interested in knowing what I did today? I cut my foot! With a knife!!! On accident!!!!!! I even got pictures taken ^_^
Meet my foot!!!
I was outside, at my aunt's house, playing catch with my cousin, when I suddenly realized that the knife I'd brought with me was missing.... Now at this point, you have to have some vital information to understand why this is the most horrible thing ever. It's horrible, because my knife was in a sheath, and my knife is not a folding knife. It's more like a small dagger. Well, I'm searching for my knife...and not finding it...so I go inside to alert my mom of this atrocity, then go back outside. On the way back in...I don't really remember what I was doing, but I was walking back toward the house, when I tripped over something. At first I thought that it was a stick, but I looked, and it was my knife, and my foot (which was bare, because it's nice enough out to go barefoot, and I don't like shoes) was bleeding. So I sat down, and held my foot together, and sent my cousin into the house to get my mom, and now I'm sitting here with my foot propped up, feeling better, but I am pretty hungry right now. And I really want to curl up with my foot under me right now. It stinks. I'm also on my aunt's computer because Keith (my computer) is still dead, and we haven't gotten a Keith the 3rd yet. Depressing, I know.
My leg feels somewhat funny too now though. I also don't want to get stitches. I'm quite alright with no stitches!!! We've got it butterflied, and if we really need to, we can use superglue. And yes, on the picture of my foot, that is blood down near the bottom.
It's my left foot, and I'm not sure if I'll be able to wear closed toed shoes to school Monday. Unclosed toe shoes is a big no-no at my school. Honestly, half the rules there don't make sense. Like you have to have long sleeves,--past the elbow--highschool girls can't wear their hair down, no hats in the building, no hoods, no sunglasses--although I don't understand why someone would want to wear sunglasses inside.... Yeah, a lot of strange rules, that escape my understanding.
So...how many of you like pictures of sunsets?
Well, you get one whether you like them or not!!!
Anyway, I'm gonna go now.
See y'all later!!!

Mother's Day
As I don't know if I'll be able to get on a computer on or before Mother's Day, I'm gonna be making an...ode if you will to my mother.
She's amazing, and sweet, and beautiful, and gives into Katie pressure way too easily (sometimes) but is totally awesome. She's an awesome cook, an amazing seamstress, and has taught me (sorta) how to sew like her. She can crochet just about anything, and even if she doesn't have the most amazing relationship advice, she's always got a hug.
I really love my mom.
Mom, if you're reading this today...
HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!

A Day in Oklahoma
So...yeah, I live in Kansas, but my aunt lives in Oklahoma, and would you like to guess where I'm at today? No...not Nebraska...no...not New Jersey...no...why would you think I was on Pluto anyway?!
I'm in Oklahoma! That's also where my cousins live. I love them all. So far, we're really not doing much at her house.
To start with my mom and I had to leave to actually go to her house, but since today is payday we started out at the board office so my mom could get her check...but...when we got there we were told that there was no check to be found! So they had to call this copy thingy placemadobber to get them to reprint the check, but as soon as we got home--well about 10 minutes later--they called, and said that they'd gone through it again, and did actually have my mom's check. She wasn't going to leave without it because if she'd left without it we wouldn't have money for gas, which we needed to make it all the way there and back.
Then, we went back to the Board Office to get her check, got it, and went to pay bills and buy stamps.
We found the most awesome stamps ever!!! They're forever stamps of course, because those are the kind of stamps that my mom and I get, but they have Disney characters on them! How awesome is that?! Yeah, very awesome. I know.
After that we stopped at the bank where I asked nicely for a sucker, (well sort of, I told them that they should give suckers to everyone...so the lady took the hint and gave me one.) and my mom cashed her check.
Finally we were actually on our way to my aunt's house.
We arrived after about an hour, and spent maybe...ten minutes at her house with my aunt and cousin when we went off to Wally World (WalMart) to buy things that I can't remember what are, while I asked to go find the hat section. I like hats. They're awesome. But some hats just aren't my style. Like the French hats that you see laid back French girls wearing. I like the hats that you can put feathers in, and it look cool. Hang on, and I'll try to find the kind of hats I like for you online.
Well, here's one that's mine that I like:
That was me trying to make it look like I had short hair. I do actually look kinda different, and it gives me a glimpse as to what I would look like with short hair. There are times when I've actually considered cutting my hair, but I think I would miss my hair if I cut it. Right now it's really long.
That was at Silver Dollar City.
I also like fedoras.
My cousin, Jaylee wants to say something to everyone. Here's her message. Please know that she's only three, so her comment might not make much sense.
hfgyhhy
I'm checking to see if my other cousin, Justin wants to say something.
Here's his message. He's 8, and I can wear his shoes:
hello
I love my cousins.
Well, I'll finish my play by play of my day later on. Probably when I'm back in Kansas, in my own bed, or sitting on my couch...which is actually the same thing.
Thanks for reading!

Thoughts
I've realized something...my three snuggle buddy stuffed animals all stand for a time in my life. And I freak out if I don't have a certain one of them to snuggle with. Yes, I know, I'm a 15 year old girl, who still sleeps with stuffed animals. Shoot me if it's that terrible, but I do. And they each have a name.
We'll start with my first snuggle buddy...Sabin:
I got Sabin I'm not sure how long ago, at a yard sale. I'm sure it was about a year ago. I got him when I was relatively happy, and less heart ache from things I have now. Now that I think about it, I'm positive I got him about a year ago.
Next, we have BPL, which stands for Big Pupra Lingua, which means Big Purple Tongue in Latin.
Yup, he's a giraffe. I got him in August, when I was at the peak of my depression. Which is strange, because a peak of something is normally at the top, and depression is more on the bottom.
And Hambino (the one I freak out about if he's missing and it's time for bed.)
I got him from Timothy. At a very happy time in my life. And I treasure him. Because he's from Timothy.
This all made more sense in my head.
And yes, I do have an SD card on my lap.
I feel like taking up this post with pictures...so, on with more pictures.
On Monday, I went picture taking on my rollerblades, and got a few good pictures of a cool lookin' tree. It looks much cooler in real life, but...here:
Now, does that tree look awesome or not?
I love taking pictures of trees from the bottom of the tree angled up. Which is why we have the last two pictures.
Did I get a haircut?? Nope! What happened was...I figured out how to get my hair to go up into my hat, and make it look short. I look so different with short hair!!! And that hat was my daddy's. I believe it's a fair warning that if anyone, and I mean anyone takes that hat from me, I will flip, and do all I can to get it back. Including beating them up. That's my hat, and I got it from my daddy. As well as my big huge gorilla, but I like the hat better. The hat I can take everywhere. The gorilla is almost as big as me...which now that I think of it isn't really all that big...but still. It's huge.
This is me at my Christmas program...which was over a month ago. I was an angel...as you can tell...and I hated it so much! The wings cut off my circulation, and that stupid halo would not stay where it belonged! I'm sure you can see how annoyed I am by it all. On the right of the picture is my cousin Norma...who doesn't look too happy herself...but at least isn't muttering about it to Abbie who is on the left like I am.
And yes, that's me in the middle looking really annoyed.
There I am, giving my cousin, Jaylee (who I blogged about on my old blog My Old Blog ) a horseback ride! Aren't I a nice cousin? Actually the nice thing to do would be giving my 8 year old cousin, Justin a horseback ride. That kid must eat bricks, because he's heavy, even though he's not that huge...and he has ginormous feet...I can wear his shoes!!!
No,I didn't make that...but my mommy did. Isn't she amazing?!
Alright, that's it

Oodles of Books
My mind has been on books lately...mostly because my book has been published and I'm working on countless others, but it could also be because of the movie that I watched.
I have no idea why, but I'd always thought that Inkheart was about vampires. I think I was thinking about something else. The point is, I finally watched it last night, and I love it. Well, maybe not love, because love is a strong word, but it is ranked as one of my favorite movies.
I love those movies where they feel more like books than movies.
The movies I've watched like that are small in comparison to the amount of movies I've actually watched, and they go as followed:
The Princess Bride, The Never Ending Story, The Secrets of Moonacre, and Inkheart. A total of four. Not to mention the many movies I've actually watched.
Megamind, Brave, Tangled, all the Narnia movies, all the Lord of the Rings movies, The Hobbit...see? Many many movies. And no, that short sentence was not intended to be alliterated.
Anyway, my newest book is going to be finished before The Unnamed Legend was. The reason for this is because it's a book of all my short stories. That I can find anyway. This includes the Madam Moo Moo stories, as well as the random stories that I've written in school when there was nothing left to do.
I'm planning on it being in a series, with the other series having my poems and possibly the lyrics to some songs in it. And if I'm able to get music for my songs (not that they don't have a tune, it's just that I don't know how to pick it out) I might also publish my own CD!
I am more than just an author...I am a Jill of many trades. For those of you who don't know what that is, look up Jack of all trades, and Jill of many trades is the female version.
Anyone else excited to go back to school Monday? Yeah, me neither.
I would much rather be heading to BED Monday. I like bed. And bed likes me. *sigh*
Oh yeah, but on a slightly lighter note...we got snow today! However, it's also icy. But I still rollerbladed, and only fell once, but it didn't hurt when I fell.
I'm mostly upset about school because for some reason I've been stressed and I still have three things to do in homework.
Finish up Thursday's science, Friday's science, and Friday's history. I mean, it's not that I don't like those subjects, it's just that I don't want to do them at home. I did manage to finish my test though. It's due back on Monday. Which is tomorrow.
I'm not fond of tests. Especially when my classmates are being rowdy. It makes me ask to go to the Library and do my work. It's a much safer place. Unless there's two people in there, talking about...well, strange things.
I mean, it's not that I don't talk about strange things, but when there's two people in there, talking about strange things you want to listen. But if they're not my classmates they're being less stressful, and much less disturbing...maybe on the disturbing part.
Gah.
Have you ever noticed how in movies, the cute evil guy always ends up being not evil? It's strange. Well, if it's a fantasy.
And a lot of the time they make the football players be hot jerky jocks. Well...they try to. I rarely find them attractive.
Gah.
I think "gah" is my favorite word right now. It both expresses frustration, and plain not really wanting to talkness.
Which is strange, because if I don't want to talk/type/communicate, why am I doing it so much?
Do I have some sort of mental issue which causes me to do that which I wish not?
I really think that that's a Bible verse.
"Do that which I want not, and do not that which I want." See? I just don't know the address.
Oh yeah, good news! No school next Monday.
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Alright, I'm done.
Someone remind me to mail my letter to my grandma in Louisiana if you could?
Now that I've typed that maybe I'll remember ^_^
See y'all!

Concussions, and Parties, and Puking Oh My!
Hey everyone!
I had a rather eventful day yesterday. Kind of crazy actually.
I had a party! A New Year's day party. It was really fun actually. We had the grand show up of 6 people, counting my mom and I.
Timothy, Gabi, Kayden, Ronda, Mommy, me.
We had to go get Timothy and Gabi, because they needed a ride, and on the whole way to the party we were cracking jokes. Half of the jokes were dumb blonde jokes, and the other half were knock knock jokes.
When we finally arrived at the party, we got a table set up, and sat around and talked for a while, and played with sharp pointy wooden stakes. Timothy killed a vampire with his wooden stake. Actually, they were skewers, like what you'd use for those things where you stab a bunch of veggies on them, and then eat them.
It was pretty fun. And I gave Timothy a fake mustache, and he really does look good with a mustache. I can see him with a mustache when he's older.
Then Kayden got there, and crashed the party. I'm kidding, he didn't crash anything till later. Then Ronda got there.
And we ate pizza!
After we ate pizza, the "kids" went out to the woods to have fun. Kids being: Timothy, Gabi, Kayden and myself.
Later out there, Gabi wanted to go back, but didn't want to go back by herself, because for some reason she was scared. So Timothy ended up taking her partway back, until he met up with Ronda, and she finished the back taking.
I stayed outside with the guys, even though my chin and fingers and toes felt like ice cubes.
While we were outside, Kayden knocked into a branch about the size of my wrist, and it fell on my head, and I felt it all the way into my teeth!
It was so painful! I honestly think that I had part of a concussion. Maybe not a very big one...but man, the headache I got later was horrible!
Then we went back inside, and played Catan. It's a really fun game that I don't know how to explain in the tongue of common man.
Then Kayden, Timothy and I went back out to the woods, and stayed until Kayden had to go, then we went inside, and sat around for a little while, before we took Timothy and Gabi back home.
You know how I said that on the way to the party we were cracking jokes? Well, on the way back Timothy was telling a story. It was an awesome story. It only ended because we got to their house. It made me sad.
Then mommy and I went back home, and watched Nemo...until I threw up.
So we went over to Grammy and Grampy's cause Grammy's a nurse, and could make sure I was okay, and then we ended up spending the night, and I'm still here at almost 5:00 pm.
Not sleeping right now, but still...
And my cousin came over, and now we're watching It's a Wonderful Life.
Wow, that was a quick summary...
Anyway, I'll talk to you later.

2013
Wow...the year is ending, almost as fast as it began. For me it was just yesterday that I was sitting at Grammy's house, at the end of the year 2010! Playing games, talking about the end of the world, and the beginning of the new year.
I think this post may end up turning into a trip down memory lane.
I will put a memory from each month.
January--the year began.
February--I got a cup from one of my best friends for Valentines day
March--I became better friends with a "brother" of mine.
April--I began being excited for Youth Camp.
May--I got my bunny.
June--I got my book completed. Editing and all.
July--I went to Youth Camp.
August--I lost my mind.
September--I started going to my school, and quit being homeschooled.
October--Timothy became my boyfriend.
November--I turned old. (aka, I turned 15)
December--I got to see my family, and turned my little cousin into an airplane.
I shall list 13 good things that happened this year, and 13 bad things that happened this year.
GOOD THINGS
Do you guys wanna make lists? You could do a different number if you want. I just like the number 13. It's my favorite number. But not my favorite age, at all! Actually when I was 14 I think it was the most depressing/stressful time of my life. 13, or 14. Probably 14. I just hope that it won't end up being 15.
Well, I suppose I'd better just publish this post. I've been rambling on long enough, and I have a New Year's Day party to wrap up, and a movie to finish watching, and a DVD player to kill.
Love y'all!

Good Sunday Night!
Hello! Has everyone enjoyed their Thanksgiving break?
I know I've enjoyed mine, although I've done more staying up late than I have sleeping it it seems. There's just something about skyping with my big brother that is more enthralling than my bed.
AND today my friend, my cousin and I made a "movie!" I can't post it on my blog yet, as I don't quite have permission, but it will be on facebook soon.
Anyway, I am going to remove myself from blogger.

Joy to the World!
I'm somewhat in a Christmasy mood. I love Christmas.
I don't know what it's like for all y'all, but for me, it's where the great majority of my loving wonderful family get together at my grandparent's house, and we eat food, and we play games, and we open presents, and all of us spend the night at their house, and then go to Silver Dollar City in the morning.
It'll be so fun!

Poptarts
I like poptarts. Does anyone else like poptarts? I really like poptarts. At least the s'mores poptarts. I like s'mores too!
I'm kinda hungry right now. Food is good.
I really don't have much of a post to make, but I really felt the need to make a post.
Oh yeah!
My principal is gonna kill me tomorrow!
I lost my math paper stuff thingy that I took home, because I wanted to see if I could work on it at home, even though I found out that I didn't really have time, because I let other stuff take up my time, such as facebook, and people, and...*cough cough* blogging. *cough cough*
But the point is that he took me out of Algebra 1 because I wasn't quite getting it, so he's teaching me and Nefty in his office, and he's getting us on Pre Algebra, and I lost my paper, and I told him that I'd bring it back, and I lost it!
And I have no idea where to look for it!
I mean, you see, I had it in my binder, and then I looked for it, and it was gone, and then I looked in my locker, and it wasn't there either, and then I looked at home when I got home, and it's missing! I even looked in my backpack! It was gone!
I feel horrible, because I'm going to be breaking a promise to my principal, and I also feel doomed, because I haven't got the paper, and he'll kill me!
I can't die! I'M TOO YOUNG TO DIE!!!
I have my whole life before me, and a boyfriend, and family, and friends, and cousins that need me, because I'm the oldest cousin, and therefore have the responsibility of beating up anyone who hurts my cousins!
Norma's just not ready for that yet! I have to make sure she's ready for that before I die!
AHH!!!
And yes, I'm fully aware that I'm overreacting.
On a brighter side I got my pictures from picture day at school back today, and I look okay in them. My hair hates to stay down though. I had some flyaway hairs. But ya know what? Who cares!
Also, I had Youth Group today, and we did my friend, Jade's skit, about David, and Saul, and all them all.
And there's this really awesome scene, and we all split up to decide who would do what scene, and her, three other girls, and I got to do the awesomely funny part. It was full of sarcasm and stuff.
And on another scene a group of guys turned it all gangster. Like;
David: "Yo dog, what's dem doin' about dat big dude??"
Soldier: "Well, first things first, King Saul's givin the dude who kills him no taxes, and even his daughter's hand in marriage!"
And well, it was just funny. It would be funnier if you had read the actual script, and had been there.
Well, I gotta go, because I have school in the morning, and I just love school!
That's only slightly sarcastic, because I do like school, I'm just dreading being murdered tomorrow by my principal.
I'm just glad that he's not Miss B.
Okay, yeah, gotta go.
I love you guys! But I love Jesus, and my boyfriend more. In that order.

Picnics Are Awesome, and So's Pizza!
Dude, dude, dude! Guess what I did today! I went to the STUCO picnic at school!
I have a friend named Katie who said she liked my blog, and wanted me to mention her on it... Sooo, I will!
My friend Katie A. is really awesome, and crazy, and funny, and sometimes scares me, but I still love her anyway, because I am almost incapable of hate, although I've been known to hate...one person, and anyone who hurts my friends or family.
Of course I don't hate that person anymore, they just really annoy me. A lot. So I don't talk to them anymore.
Oh wait, where was I? OH!
Katie, my friend Katie, she goes to school with me, but she's a...seventh grader, and I'm a ninth grader. I wish I was an 8th grader. For no apparent reason. GAH! I keep getting off topic!
The topic is...KATIE! But not me. Another Katie...Who doesn't have red hair, or an amazingly awesome boyfriend named Timothy. So she's not me.
She's my friend though. And I will give her a blog hug **blog hug to Katie**
I just realized I know so many Katies!
Katie G, Katie S, Katie A, Katie H, Me, Katie who's last name I don't remember but is somehow related to me, Katie P, I know I know another Katie, but I can't remember who now. I feel horrible.
I also know a lot of Hannahs.
Hannah D, Hannah N, Hannah C, Hannah W, Hannah S, and then there's another Hannah, but I don't remember her last name either.
A bunch of Johns too.
Grampy, Little John, John-John, and some John who works at the builders supply.
My favorite guy at the builder supply is the dude who gives out free popcorn on Fridays.
My favorite guy at my school is a really awesomely amazing guy named Timothy. I may have mentioned him a time or two.
I could go on and on about him, but I don't want my readers to get to be like my cousin and yell at me to shut up about him. Of course I couldn't hear you yell over the computer anyway. Unless you sent me a youtube video of you yelling it.
I like swings. And merry-go-rounds. And food. And pickles. Yes I know pickles are food, but they deserve a whole other category because they're so awesome.
Okay, well, I'm off to take another speed typing test. Oh yeah by the way, my fastest typey thingy is 90 words per minute! I WAS SO HAPPY!
Okay, well, I'm off. I'll have to tell you more stuff about the Spaghetti feed and stuff later, because...well, right now I'm just too lazy.

Ya Know What?
Ya know what? I was going to make a blog post, and then I looked at the time, and I realized that my mom had said for me to get off in a very little bit, so I hit the make a new post button anyway, and I'm making a very short post that is going to say I love each and every one of you in a totally uncreepy way, an I hope you're all having a good day/night/tomorrow/yesterday/whatever.
I got to see my extremely awesome boyfriend today, and well, I was actually quite happy about that, and he seemed pretty happy to see me too. And he made a pretty awesome, and hilariously funny recording that I listened to, and there was a recording on the other side of the tape of him when he was little and his voice back then was soooo adorable, but then again voices are normally adorable when you're that age, whether you're a boy or a girl, and I even found out where he lives, which makes me pretty happy, and also slightly scared that if I tell any of my friends they're going to just drop me off at his house, and leave me there, like we almost did to my friend yesterday, but yet at the same time we didn't, we just took her to her crush's house, and we talked to him, and omw his house makes me feel like I just walked into a story.
You know I thought this would be a really short post, but it's turning into a longer short post, because I'm typing with lightning fingers, faster than I ever thought that I could, and listening to Taylor Swift, because I like her music.
Well actually I like just about any music, but not rap or scremo. I like country, christian, contemporary christian, rock, some metal, but normally when I'm really depressed, and too depressed to see the light, but yeah pretty much anything. SO long as it has good lyrics.
But I don't like jerks, or players. I just don't like them.
Unless of course they're like...a football player, and then it all depends on their personality, and I have a boyfriend, so of course I'm not interested in them, I would just like them as friends.
I love having friends. I have this one friend that I almost always try to beat up, but he knows karate, so it doesn't really work.
It's amazing how fast I'm typing.
Ya know what, hang on a minute.
I can type 75 words per minute, with 4 mistakes. I'm very proud of myself.
Wait no make that 79. Whoot whoot
Gotta go talk at ya later.
~Katie :)

Forever Home
Okay, I just heard the words, so I typed them as the title. Although, if you're a Christian, when you die Heaven will be your forever home...SO!
Um, hey, as I was saying, I'm sorry for taking so long in posting a new blog post, but hey, what can I say...I had some stressful stuff going on, and school takes up a lot of time when you're not homeschooled.
Wanna know something that irks me? No, you probably don't, but ya know what? I'll tell ya anyway! It irks me when non homeschooled people automatically assume that all homeschoolers do is sit around, and play on the computer, or sleep all day.
While I will be the first to admit that when I was homeschooled, I did sleep in quite a bit, stay up rather late, and get on the computer quite often, I also got my work done a lot faster.
It wouldn't take a whole hour like people do in a brick and mortar school to do everything. A lot of the time I would get it done faster, therefore, I had more time to spend on the computer and sleep. There were times when about 8 subjects would take an hour or two at most for me to complete, as opposed to the hour for each subject that it takes for a good deal of people. So see?
Some homeschoolers might actually do that, and not really learn anything, but I would like to know what public schooler, or private schooler (other than me or Karen) knows what acrophobia means, would answer someone, "Depleted funds." when asked why they weren't going to a youth convention, and has ever made their own little blacksmith shop in their kitchen.
Okay, that was what irks me.
What irks you?
Something amazing that happened recently is that I got a Tessie Talk. For those of you who don't know what that is, a Tessie Talk is a ventriloquist figure.
I will hereby call her a vent figure.
I renamed her Alana. Pronounced with the on sound. I love her so much!
She's cute, and sweet, and adorable, and I will totally have to post a picture of her sometime. Sometime soon probably, but knowing me it'll be a while before there's a post of her up.
So, I've been sad the past few days, because Mr. Miller (choir teacher) wasn't at school. Instead he went to a wedding. I hope that when I get married he'll skip school to come to my wedding.
Okay, so who all remembers when I said that I was considering never making any more friends? Okay, well I decided against that, because on a whole I normally like people. Just not stupid idiots who are so closed minded that they're squishing up their brains. And besides that, I'm making new friends at school.
I'm not sure what to talk about right now, but I would suggest looking up funny X-Factor, America's Got Talent, and American Idol videos up on youtube. There's some pretty hilarious ones!
Oh yeah, and I would like to make a public "My aunt is awesome" speech, and a public, "My mom is amazing" speech right here, right now on my blog.
Okay, so totally, my Aunt Melody? She's totally awesome! She actually bought me a bunch of lunch stuff to take to school, in order for me to not be forced to eat school lunches! And she even bought me dorritos, and two gatorades! Lemonade Gatorades! (I have a little recipe coming up in a second!) I love those gatorades, they are amazing tasting. Just love em. So yeah, my aunt is awesome.
My mom is totally amazing! Those of you who have met her had better agree with me on that, because if you don't, you're in biiiiig trouble!
Okay, now that that's aside, on to my recipe.
What? Oh, you wanted a reason for my mom to be amazing? Well, guess what? I don't need one!
Here's my recipe:
To start with you'll need two different kinds of gatorade. Lemonade gatorade, and...the light blue (forgot the name of it) gatorade. Your third ingredient is green tea with lemon.
To start with, mix equal amounts of the gatorades together, while you wait for the water for your tea to boil. Once the water has boiled, take your tea bag, and brew it. After that you put sugar in the tea, and mix it up all good, then cool it. You can do this by either letting it set till it's room temp, or you can ice it. Your choice. After that, you mix some of that in with your gatorade mix. Add ice as desired.
I suppose that if you wanted to add other beverages you could do that, however, I would strongly advise against adding hot chocolate to the mix, as it tastes disgusting mixed up together with it.
Anyway, I'm glad to be of some assistance in your everyday life.
Oh yeah, also, if you ever want to rob me, there will be no one home on the following days: when we aren't home. At the following times: Whatever time we aren't home. And my address is as follows: Number number another number, Street Name, Town, Kansas, and my zip code is a series of numbers. Oh yeah, and if you wanna call to make sure we're not home, here's my number: 123-not-telling. We keep our valubles in the safe, located in a place that you will never know, and the combination for it is number number letter letter letter number, poke poke punch. And just in case that isn't enough, this is my facebook password so you can ruin my social life: IwillNEVERtellUbutth@nksfor@sking. And the email so you can complete the task is: katiesemail@yahoo.com
Okay, you can sufficiently rob me, and ruin my social life :)
Glad to be of assistance!

P.S. Please keep yourself safe from internet stalkers! Do as I do, and refrain from posting extremely personal information about yourself! Because then, if you post about the awesomely fun time that you had speeding down the road at 150 mph the cops will catch you and throw you in jail. And besides that you could get hurt badly, and possibly murdered. I'm just gonna pretend like today is internet predator awareness day. Okay, so yeah, that's it. I LOVE YOU!

A Day in the Life of....?
A day in the life of...you know I'll let you know when I find out, okay? Once I had a ton of pictures and stuff for a night in the life of me, but I couldn't get them all up in time, then I just lost the spark for posting that...Anyway! Moving on!
Does anyone know how I could watch Brave?! I've been searching, and searching for it! It's horrible! I looked on tubeplus.com, youtube, and even googled it! AHH! And I didn't just google the name, I googled Watch Brave online for free.
Hmm...so confusing.
Anyway, I suscribed to someone on youtube, and I knew who it was when I suscribed, but now I don't remember who it is! Granted I like what they post, but what really bugs me is that I don't remember who they are!
I think that they could be my friend Bekah's sister. I know that they're a girl!
I'm a little confused about the Catholics, and the Protestants, and all that. I mean, the Catholics seem nice enough, although I find it very very very strange, and idolitric that they pray to the saints... but, for the most part they do seem to follow the Bible.
But, most Protestants don't like the rules and stuff of the Catholics, and the Catholics are that way to the Protestants. Now, the Mormons I could understand because, they actually even have sacred underwear.
Okay, so I'm over at my grandparents house, and grammy is sitting here, and trying to watch me type, and see how well I type! At the dinner table! And she wants to know if I have the right typing formation, and what finger I hit the letter c with.
I'm typing fast, and I'm typing accurate...Does it matter what finger I hit my letters with? I mean, do they really come with a finger position like piano? Last I checked it didn't.
Apparently my left hand is over too far, and I'm not hitting the right keys with the right fingers, but who cares, because I can type very fast.
Piano is like embrained in my head or something because I keep trying to call the keys notes...is that crazy or what!
I have a 2 year old cousin, (well, techinically I have two, but I'm referring to Jaylee here.) And she ate half of a pickle I gave her.
Now, that wasn't really what I was going to tell you, but I couldn't remember what I was really going to tell you, and she's my cousin, and I wanted to make reference to her.
My mommy is awesome, and amazing, and the best mommy in the world. I love her. A lot.
And just saying...if anyone, I repeat ANYONE hurts my family...I will make your life miserable until it ends. Because I love my family, and if you hurt them, you deserve pain.
I'm sorry, I just thought I should warn you that I love my family a lot. They're very loveable.
So are bunnies. My bunny is awesome. My bunnies better than yourrrrrs is! But you have a chinchilla, so you win.
Do you know how soft a chinchilla is?! They are freakishly soft! And, ooh ooh ooh! They take dirt baths! Is that awesome or what?!
That or what was NOT funny.
Now, I know that some of you might not understand my wording, and increasingly odd typing skills sometimes...such as the term enbrained. They are Katieisms, you will get used to them. And if you don't...it's okay I forgive you.
I was supposed to be publishing my book this month. The Unnamed Legend, but I don't think that I'll be able to manage it... So I'm pretty sad.
I've got so many book ideas swirling around in my head!
See, there's some where there's a girl, who meets this guys, and then they end up going off on some sort of an adventure, and then there's others where this girl, so she lives with her grandparents, and then her grandma dies, and her boyfriends rapes her, and she gets pregnant, and she tries to decide if she should abort the baby or not, and then she ends up realizing no, she shouldn't, and doesn't, and gets closer to God and all that.
Okay, so my cousin (she's two) wants to make a paragraph. I'll try to tell her which keys to press, but she might just press her own.
n hi i zam japtylee k8iiii yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyybbbbfffffffxxxxxxxcccccccccccccccccccccggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrccccccccccccccccc .cy jjjjjjjkv n./
Didn't she make a good blog post? See, the first part is supposed to say Hi I am Jaylee. I was telling her which keys to press, but I think she was getting tired of that, and I asked her if she wanted to just press button now or not.
I think that she still wants to press buttons and stuff. You see, she's sitting on my lap. I'm kind of glad that she can't read yet. I don't know if she'll be one of the readers of the family or not.
Norma sure isn't. She's 10, and she's probably read at most 100 books. I'm 14, and I've probably read 14,000 books. Somewhere around there. I've read a ton of them. Jaylee keeps reaching in randomly and pressing the space bar. It's a bit annoying...
She wants to push the buttons too.
Now, as much as I like technology, there's very few technologies that I think that little kids and babies should have access to. I mean like, they should have music, if it's on a CD or MP3 player, then so be it! But I don't think that you should be giving them all sorts of technology...who knows what could happen with it!
Once, they was a little boy who got a hold of internet and stuff, and he bought a really expensive car with his mom's credit card.
See, that is why you don't give kids that much technology!
Okay, sorry, anyway...um...well, I guess I'm gonna go, before anything else wacky and random gets in my head, and I go random off.
