Pictures!!!

I decided that it's about time I post some pictures...so here goes!

 You know how I said I had a baby?  A little orphaned kitten?  Meet RJ!  It stands for Ronja Jr, because he's orange and stuff like a cat I used to have named Ronja.

 There we are together.  And do ya like my bangs?  Don't worry, my hair's still long, I just have shortish bangs.  If I cut my hair, they'd be as short as my bangs are now.

My mom wanted a picture of how long he is...I don't think it came in that well.  Right after the picture he started to climb toward me on my arms.

At The Library

I've finally managed to get on a computer at the library, and the sad part is that I have to get reaquantied with the keyboard....  Not too much as I'm noticing, because keyboards are very hard to forget.
I can finally tell you guys some more in actual details, instead of just "Hi.  I'm fine.  I hate tablets.  I got to do this that and the other.  Okay, I'm tired of typing on a tablet now, so g'bye."
No pictures for now, but I can tell you this much:  I got a baby!!!  He's a kitten named RJ.  My grandma found him a few weeks ago after Katy Days, which is a celebration of the Katy Railroad, and so my mom and I took him in because we love kittens, and all other kind of animals.  The funny thing about Katy Days is that my name is Katy.  Katy Days was amazing!  Not only do they focus on the railroad, they also have a bunch of stuff from old timey days.  Like old typewriters!!!  I spent idk how long on the typewriters.  I love them.  They weren't electric, the ones I spent my time on, but there was one that was electric.  I didn't like it.  I don't like electric stuff when it's supposed to be non electric.
Must tell you quickly though, that I only have until my mom comes back from the storage unit to type to you lovely people.
I also made a friend!  Her name is Zena, and I first met her at Youth Group, but then I saw her as I was rollerblading (which I do on a regular basis just so you know) and stopped to say hi.  I also gave her a hug, because she wasn't at Youth Group the previous Wednesday.  Then we found out that we're both entirely crazy, insane, and awesome.  And she might be going to Youth Camp with me!
Speaking of which...it's coming up soon and I'm excited!!!

A Post At Last

Blogging on a tablet is pretty hard.  But yeah, I have a baby, he's an orphaned kitten.  I also have a new baby cousin.  Her name is Jade, and I got to hold her. :)

For Lack of a Better Phrase: "I DO NOT LIKE SCIENCE PROJECTS!"

Have you ever felt alone?  Discouraged?  Sad?  Like shooting all science projects?  Well...I know that feeling.  I do not like my science project.  It's mean to me, and the computer won't print the stuff I need printed.  Even more reason to say my science project is mean to me.  Super duper mean.  It hates the ground I walk upon, and my guts.  Well, that's what it feels like anyway.  And while you may say that if I would just quit blogging, and get to work, I must reply, "I would have nothing to do if I quit blogging, because if I quit blogging I would be sititing here in frustration--more than what I already am-- awaiting the moment when my grandpa will be done assisting my mother in her project--not science--and find it in his heart to assist me."  Do you see my reason for blogging?

So.  I had my first field trip of the year this past Friday.  Pretty awesome, and me, AND my classmates, AND our teacher survived.  It seriously surprised me.  Especially the fact that my classmates didn't have a stinky farting contest, or attempt to play freeze out, or take my food--they probably knew I would bite them--or take my phone--which is actually my mom's--or be so extremely rowdy.  They were still rowdy, and it was super loud on the way there, and the way back, but it wasn't too bad.  I see myself both longing to go on another field trip with them, yet being glad that there won't be another field trip until probably next year.  Good yes?
I seriously just wish my printer would print!
Okay, back to the field trip.  It was to Wolaroc, the trader's encampment, and there were knives, and hatchets, and ooooooooh....I loved it.  I got a knife, and it's awesome.  I'll have to get pictures, but I make absolutely no promises.  I have learned that it's better to just not promise than it is to make a promise you aren't sure you can keep.  Bro. Todd said that they would leave me with the mountain men, and when we were done there, I probably would have taken him up on his offer if my mom would have been there too.  A my bunny.  And my kitties.
Speaking of kitties, my kitty Ducky had her babies!  I have grandchildren!  (probably the only ones that I will ever have as I have decided to become a protestant nun.  I know I've said that many times, and I will probably say it many times more, and all that, but seriously.  One of these days I will actually follow through. I mean, it's not like I have to live a life of solitude.  I just have to not get married.
If any of you guys are praying people, and if any of you think about it, could you find it in your hearts to pray for me and my friend.  We're having trouble in geography....
BOOM!!!  Big clap of thunder.
If I place with my science project, I think I'm gonna laugh.  Do you know how hard I've worked on it?  Not very hard.  Just as hard as I have to.  I don't like science projects!  I just don't!  They annoy me so much!  GAH!
My back is itchy.  Are your guys' backs itchy?

Final Drive, Anti Test

Okay, I'm finally ready to explain myself!
You guys know that I always end my posts with ~Katie :) right?  Well, I made that into my own signature!
Yup.  I went to My Live Signature, and made a signature all my own.
I'm doing an experiment!  And no, I'm not going to tell you what it is.  Because you could very well be a part of this experiment.  Just go about your day however you normally do.
OH!  I have some awesome news!  My camera?  The one that quit working because it had root beer spilled all over it?  IT NOW WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Yeah, I'm pretty happy about all that!  Now I can take it to youth camp and take picture!  Probably a few of boys...  And some others of my new friends...And the dorm, and my dorm room.
Oh I just can't wait!
It starts Monday.  MONDAY!  Like...it's almost here!  I cannot wait!
I will miss my babies though :'(  My babies happen to be kitties, and a bunny.  I will also miss my mommy.  I wuvz my mommy.
I just realized something!  It's utterly tragic!  I don't remember if when my team works for breakfast if we eat before everyone, or if we eat after everyone!
I'm planning on watching a few movies.  I just don't remember what they're called.
And I need to turn on the fan in my room for my bunny.  Because she's in my room, and my room needs the fan turned on so she doesn't overheat.
Bunnies can over heat fairly quickly I think.  They can also eat pineapple.
I wonder why pineapple is called pineapple....
Anyway, I must remove myself from Blogger.  Farewell!

Lets seeeeee, what did I do today?

Well, I woke up, laid around in bed for a while, then got up, and was hungry, so hasn't eaten yet, so is still hungry.

Needs to brush her hair but doesn't have her hairbrush and is too lazy to go out into the hot hot hot sun to go to Grammy and Papa's to get her hairbrush.

Also is supposed to have piano lessons, but doesn't think she can go. Too hot to bike to my piano teachers, and I wasn't able to practice.

So, yeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaahhh.......

I called my piano teacher earlier, but she didn't answer. So she doesn't know that I'm not going.

I'll call her before 1:00, which is when piano lessons is.

You know something I don't get? Why they still call places that put dogs down Animal SHELTERS, and not POUNDS. POUNDS kill animals, SHELTERS, keep the animals safe no matter what.

Sorry about that mini rant...

Now For The Heat Wave

I am going to be using weird titles now okay? Anyway, it's really hot today, and it's been hot for a LONG time, I've been wanting to go swimming, but I'm too lazy to pick up my swim stuff and bike the short distance to the pool to swim and get wet, and cooled off, and possibly even see some of my friends...
I am very hyper although I have NO idea why!
And now while I chat with about two people one of my friends is now hyper as well, and talking about Bugs Bunny! My other friend doesn't seem to be going quite as hyper, his facebook status says that he is tired, so that might be why, although last night I was hyper and tired at the same time!
However, it is very bad when you're hyper, tired, and depressed at the same time, because you have no idea what you're going to do. I was like that once and I scared myself, 'cause I had no idea what was going on!
Anyway, now as I finish my post, I am slightly less hyper. When I was hyperer a little bit ago, I sent all the smileys to one of my friends, causing him to wonder what in the world was wrong with me.
I actually think that milk makes me hyper too. My family, and some of my friends think that I'm hyper all the time.
I didn't get up till noon! I was awake, I was just to lazy to roll out of bed and do stuff. When I woke up, one of the kittens (Pato if you wanna know) was snuggled up next to my arm on my pillow. I thought it was so sweet. Then, he started to do that loving thing that cats do, by rubbing their mouth all over you, and I pushed him away, and told him no.
Then I got up, and asked mom what we were eating for food. She didn't know, so I took my money ($5.88 if you wanna know) and bought fake oreos and milk at our wonderful grocery store!
I've been drinking the milk out of the carton because my mom can't drink pasteurized milk, and there's no one else around the house, and the cats wouldn't care.

Post the Third

Okay, you have prolly noticed that I am titling them "Post the Second," "Post the Third," "Post the First" right? Well, this should be the last one of those!
This morning I went to the animal shelter, where I helped take care of puppies and kitties. I admit, I didn't do the best I could have, but I was also zonked out of it.
There's the sweetest puppy doggie named Pongo. And then there's another one named Bert, but Bert is an adult. I like them both, even though they are both said to be trouble makers I've never seen it.
There is the most adorable black cat named Jedidiah. I have fallen in love with him. Mom won't let me adopt him.
I can see why, considering we have four dogs and fourteen cats.
The dogs, in order of age, are
Molly (female)
Kai (male)
Beast (male)
Bub (male)
And then the cats, in order of gender,
Females:
Leia,
Hero,
Popcorn.
Males:
Aronja,
Dalton,
Erik.
Kittens:
Ducky,

Our cats are normal indoor cats, and our dogs are all at least part black lab.
I am very happy with the guy I like. He found out I liked him, and didn't tease me, or even say anything about it! And, we're still talking, and thinks we should be friends. Considering I don't think I'm even allowed to date anyone non fictional, or non computer boyfriends, so I'm good with it.
Although, I'm a lil scared to ever meet him again in person, because my face would be so red from me blushing.
However I met him and youth camp, and I'm planing on going back, where he would prolly be. Just like this year. And I think I've seen his mom at Camp Meeting, and so he would probably be there as well.
I will shut up now.
I feel like I have turned into a sweaty blob, who needs ice, ice-cream, watermelon, and many many other yummy things to eat.
I am hungry, and hot.
